For Mothers

For over 20 years, I’ve supported babies and their parents from pregnancy through early childhood, helping families understand the stories babies carry long before they have words.

My journey into this work began with my own birth story. I was separated from my mother after a long and traumatic delivery, and although I couldn’t have known it then, that early separation shaped how I experienced closeness and connection as child, early adult and later in life. It set me on a lifelong path of listening, learning, and understanding how our earliest experiences live on in our bodies and relationships.

Listening to your baby — through their body, breath, movement, and rhythms. Listening to you — your experience, your feelings, and the wisdom you already hold.

Baby

My approach

Bringing together neuroscience, attachment theory, craniosacral therapy, and pre- and perinatal psychology — but above all, I bring presence.

I don’t rush.
I don’t fix.
I listen – with ears, eyes and touch.

Because when babies are listened to, they soften.

And when parents feel heard, they can find their way back to their wholeness — and to their baby.

Baby

My work begins with listening.

I listen to your baby — through their body, breath, movement, and rhythms. I listen to you — your experience, your feelings, and the wisdom you already hold.

I know that babies are born communicating, and I believe that parents instinctively know how to listen — even when anxiety, overwhelm, or unexpected experiences make that feel hard to access. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you trust what you already know.

I work gently and respectfully, honouring the fact that your baby’s story did not begin at birth, and neither did your relationship. By listening deeply — before birth, through birth, and in the early months — together we create the safety that allows your baby to settle and you to feel confident and connected.

For Professionals

Helene Moore is a Pre- and Perinatal Infant Relationship Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting babies and their parents from pregnancy through early childhood.

Her work integrates pre- and perinatal psychology, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and body-based therapeutic practice, with a particular focus on listening to the infant’s experience as it is expressed through the body, behaviour, and relational patterns.

Baby

Helene’s clinical approach

Grounded in the understanding that infants carry meaningful impressions from the prenatal period, birth, and early relational environment, and that parental emotional processing — particularly the mother’s experience — plays a central role in infant settling and regulation.

Through her Listening Hands Clinic, Helene offers therapeutic support that prioritises safety, trust, and relational coherence. Her work complements medical and psychological care by supporting early attachment, emotional integration, and parent-infant attunement, rather than providing behavioural interventions.

Baby

Helene’s practice

Informed by extensive training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, NHS England’s Solihull Approach (attachment, brain development, early trauma), pre- and perinatal psychology, polyvagal theory, reflective functioning, and embodied developmental models. She is also actively engaged in early years advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

At the heart of her work is a simple principle:
when parents feel heard and supported, babies often find their own resolution.
